Full-motion, tilt, or fixed mounts on drywall, plaster, brick, or concrete. Cables routed or concealed behind the wall. Anchors rated for the load — not the hardware that came in the box.

Furniture assembly

IKEA, Wayfair, Article, Amazon flat-pack. Beds, dressers, desks, bookshelves, and the crib that’s been in the box since the shower. We bring the tools and read the manual so you don’t have to.

Gallery walls & picture hanging

Six to twenty frames, laid out straight on the first try. We plan the arrangement with you, mark it, and hang it — with the right anchor for your wall type.

Caulk & sealant refresh

Shower, tub surround, kitchen backsplash, exterior trim. Old caulk cut out, surfaces cleaned, new bead laid and tooled for a clean, watertight finish.

Hardware swaps

Cabinet knobs, drawer pulls, door hinges, towel bars, curtain rods, and toilet paper holders. Old hardware off, new hardware on, no scratched finishes.

Small drywall & trim fixes

Nail pops, doorknob dents, and small holes patched and sanded. Baseboard, shoe molding, and quarter round reattached or replaced to match.

Flat rate, one trip, no surprises

Our pricing is designed so a “small list” doesn’t turn into a full day of billing. Here’s the shape of it.

Most common

$95 / first hour

Flat, no trip fee inside our service area. Includes arrival, walk-through, and the first hour of work.

$65 / each additional hour

Once we’re on site, every additional hour runs at the reduced rate. The list gets cheaper the longer it is.

Prep Tips

How to make your visit go faster

Small prep on your end means more jobs done in the same hour. None of this is required — it just helps.

Clear the work area

Move furniture, rugs, and breakables away from the wall you want us to work on. We’ll put drop cloths down, but open space saves time.

Have the hardware ready

If you’ve bought the TV mount, the faucet, or the shelf, unbox it and keep the instructions and hardware bag together. Missing parts turn a 30-minute job into a return trip.

Know where the shut-offs are

For plumbing jobs, know where the main water shut-off is. For anything electrical, know which breaker controls the circuit you want worked on.

Take a photo of the problem

If you’re booking over text, a quick photo of the wall, door, or fixture helps us bring the right anchors, fasteners, and tools on the first trip.

Quick Answers

Common questions about general repairs

Can you mount a TV on brick or stone?

Yes. We use masonry anchors rated for the load, and we bring the right bits for brick, block, and poured concrete. If your wall is veneer over a wood frame — common in older Minneapolis homes — we’ll find the studs behind it and anchor there instead.

Do you supply the mounting hardware?

We bring anchors, screws, and drywall toggles, and they’re included in the flat rate. If your mount needs specialty hardware (a very heavy TV, a specific stud pattern), we’ll tell you before the visit so you can grab it or we can.

How long does furniture assembly take?

Depends on the item. A standard dresser is 30–45 minutes; a full bedroom set is closer to two hours. Send us the product link with your booking and we’ll give you a real estimate.

Can you hang a heavy mirror or artwork?

Yes. We anchor into studs whenever possible. For heavy pieces on drywall-only walls, we use toggle bolts rated well above the weight of the item. We won’t hang something we don’t trust to stay up.

Can I add jobs to the visit when you arrive?

Absolutely. That’s actually the best way to use us. Add anything you can describe in a sentence, and we’ll work through it at the reduced hourly rate as long as time allows.

Do you work with property managers and landlords?

Yes, and we can invoice the property directly. We’re set up for recurring punch-list work, turnover repairs, and pre-inspection fixes. Ask about our landlord account rate.
